Membrane Dynamics

Decoding how membrane dynamics sustain cellular and synaptic homeostasis

Our team investigates how membrane trafficking and membrane transport processes regulate the maintenance and adaptive homeostasis of mammalian cells, with a particular focus on neurons and synapses.

Our research focuses in particular on the role of specific subcellular compartments, including the lysosome and the dendritic spine.

Located within a highly collaborative environment, we combine expertise in electrophysiology, advanced imaging, and behavioral analysis to better understand spinal cord function and recovery.
