By dissecting trafficking pathways, nuclear transport mechanisms, and the roles of ion channels, transporters and organelles, this axis aims to understand how subcellular organization shapes synaptic transmission, cellular homeostasis and brain function, with implications for neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders.
