Singular Imaging

Shaping light in complex media to unlock next-generation imaging

Our team investigates novel imaging capabilities based on an in-depth understanding of singular optics and wave propagation in complex media.
We study the fundamental mechanisms underlying the control of random wavefields, with a particular focus on their topological properties in disordered and complex environments.

Our research also explores the development of advanced optical instrumentation, including compressive imaging and high-resolution wavefront sensing.
Building on these approaches, we aim to enable applications ranging from super-resolution fluorescence microscopy to laser metrology.

We combine expertise in optical physics, complex media, and bio-instrumentation to design and implement next-generation imaging technologies.
